Okotoks best carpet cleaning! I own 2 rental properties in Okotoks, Cody came in at a moments notice to do the job when I had people moving in the next day! I was so impressed with the results of his work and the process of chem dry as opposed to steam cleaning, that I had to have Cody (Basco Chem-Dry Okotoks) return for every move in or move out. Your carpet will literally change colours and look newer! If you shop around like I do, you’ll find companies from the city that pretend to be local, their prices are higher and they don’t come across as honest sales people. I’ve already tested the market and quality dozens of times, believe me when I say to call these guys! (I’m not a personal friend of Cody, nor have I been discounted for my review)
Went absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Came in cleaned 4 rooms, hallway and set of stairs. Very professional, very kind, very reasonably priced. Will absolutely use again. 100% would recommend.

Cody did an excellent job cleaning my couch and chairs. I was surprised by just how well the furniture looked after – especially the couch which is light coloured fabric and had a few stains. He has great attention to detail. Highly recommend if you need dry cleaning service!

Needed a sectional cleaned, and Cody did an amazing job getting it to look like new. I even had a blue ink stain I didn’t think was going to come out at all and it did! There is no chemical smell or cleaning residue feeling at all left behind. I will use this company again and highly recommend.

Cody was personable and diligent. Grateful that they were able to fit us in on short notice. Carpets look great and smell great. Uses less water than regular carpet cleaning so it takes less time to dry. Important when you have a lively household full of pets and kids. This is the 2nd time we’ve used ChemDry brand of carpet cleaning.
Cody, who is the owner, did a move out clean of my carpets. He was fantastic to work with. He was professional, personable and you could tell he took a lot of pride in his work. As he was finishing the last room I was chatting with him and due to my distraction, the design that he likes to leave on the cleaned carpet was not how he liked it. I told him that it looked great and I couldn’t tell anything was off. He wouldn’t accept it and did the whole room over again to meet his personal standard. I was very impressed. Cody happened to be cleaning a neighbour’s place and by luck I was able to get him to come to my place and do my stairs (only carpeting I have). I’m so glad it worked out because my carpets look great! And trust me they were kinda bad, I have a dog and two cats. The berber was flat where the most wear was. Afterwards bright and full looking. Cody is also a very great person as well! Thank you again!

Cody is a miracle worker! For an apartment with a small child and white carpets it doesn’t take much for the carpets to look dingy and dirty. There were a few larger stains from spilled drinks, dirt, etc… and you would never be able to tell! It looks absolutely incredible. I’ve used this company before and had equally incredible results. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Cody was able to book us with only two days prior notice, which were extremely pleased about, and was willing to drive 2 hours from Okotoks to get to us. This is a vacation property used by many groups of people, and had not been professionally cleaned for a long time. There was a noticeable difference in the carpets and upholstered furniture, with Cody having had the foresight to take before and after shots of one of the couch cushions. Everything looked and felt so much cleaner – with the CHEMDRY process leaving no chemical residue, and with quick drying time for the carpets especially. Upholstery took a little longer to completely dry, so we kept fans going and turned cushions a couple of times to facilitate that. I love the fact that the Chem-Dry process is safe and healthy for people and their petsI I would definitely recommend Basco Che-mDry to family and friends!

Cody did good job. Swept the floor nicely. our grout was so dirty and black. After he cleaned the grouts looks very clean and for small corners Cody cleaned the grouts with hand brush. Finally he put the sealer for protection. We are very happy with his service.

Would recommend Basco Chem-Dry to anyone. They are professional, fair price, do a great job. I like that they don’t use the harsh chemicals. We 1st used them 2 yrs ago, when we moved into our house. Cody was the gentleman that we used. So when I needed my carpet done again, I tracked him down. Great guy, He’s friendly, knows what he is doing, does a great job and is very professional.. Cody is the hardest working guy in the carpet business. This is the second time we have had him in for a yearly maintenance/cleaning of our carpets. Having a dog is a little hard on carpets and Cody suggested we put a protective additive on the carpets as our furry friend had a little accident. It had been awhile since my last carpet clean and my carpets were starting to smell. Cody came in and quickly got to work on the carpets. After he was done, the carpets had no smell. We had Cody come by to clean and treat a 20 year old leather couch and recliners as well as leather dining room chairs and a leather office chair. Cody was prompt and very professional. The job took about three hours and I felt the work was done meticulously. There is no way 20 year old leather will ever look like new, but we were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody for cleaning and conditioning your beautiful leather furniture.

Cody came to our rescue one Saturday morning after our little dog was just getting over a bladder infection. Needless to say, our carpet needed some serious work. He worked his magic, and our carpet was cleaned beautifully. What struck me right away when I met Cody at the door, was that he is a true professional, but importantly, he is also a really nice, down to earth guy. He is a hard worker and did a fabulous job not only on the carpet, but some upholstery that also needed some work. I love that everything will be dry in a couple of hours. My carpets have never looked so good! He did the work extremely well, was very mindful and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and his company Basco Chem-Dry! I hope to have the pleasure of him cleaning the carpets in my future new home. Five Stars to Cody and Basco Chem-Dry.
I wanted just my living room area to clean, Cody explained that is was better to go with the minimum package which include stairs and a bed room. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. Thanks Cody.
